GAP 360°/180° – Closing the Gap Between Self-Perception and Reality

The GAP 360°/180° Assessment highlights the difference between how individuals perceive themselves and how others experience their behaviour – the so-called gap.

Participants complete a self-assessment, while colleagues, managers and sometimes customers provide anonymous feedback. The result is a GAP report that reveals blind spots and strengths, creating a solid foundation for dialogue, coaching and targeted development.
