Training
Discover the power of Ensize assessments (DISC / HOW & WHY Index®), a must-have for anyone involved in personal development, team dynamics, leadership skills and sales performance.
The training is aimed at those who work with personal development, coaching, leadership, sales or organisational development and recruitment. If you work in HR or with internal company training, you are of course also welcome.
The training gives you in-depth knowledge of behaviour and motivation/driving forces, which are important factors when working with our products/assessments. You will also receive guidance on how to work with our system platform, Navigator.
It is based on the fact that you sign a licence (get a login) to the platform Navigator, which also contains training material, presentation material and workshop exercises.
After the training, you will be ready to start working with the assessments!
